- Bio: Synopsis: Every year, thousands of Eastern European laborers travel to Germany to help with the harvest. For three months of the year they set up their lives far away from their own homes. 'Under the Sky' explores this tension and the laborers' resulting emotions with a sense of poetry. Biography: Christopher Stoeckle was born in Karisruhe in 1985. He completed an internship at the television station Arte. Since October 2010 he is studying at the Film Akademie Baden-Wueritem.
